We wanr everyone to be happy with their purchase. So to avoid any confusion, please read this page as it informs you of our policies and procedures. It helps to eliminate any problems before they happen, so please take the time to read it and feel free to contact us if you have any concerns or questions.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations after purchase. Please contact us before making a purchase if you have any issues or concerns.


Again, CASH REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN. This goes for general returns, change of mind, and/or if we cannot repair your under-warranty bow. 


We will provide replacements for items with a warranty.

Bow Warranty Policy

Please follow all instructions received with your bow and written on this site or the warranty will not be valid. A bow can and should last you a lifetime if taken care of properly.  


An all-wood bow is unique and requires proper care. Unless otherwise marked within the listing, full priced bows come with a basic 6-month warranty under normal use from date of purchase. This is to help protect against natural defects that may be present in an organic material such as wood. Every bow will also come with instructions for proper care and storage.   


Our bows are made for the draw length listed on the bow (and specified in the listing) ONLY. Drawing the bow past the marked draw length will very possibly result in breakage. Overdrawing any bow voids any and all warranties, as we cover only naturally occurring defects or breaks under normal and specified used. 


If your bow breaks or you notice a defect within the first 6 months from date of purchase, please contact us immediately. Please supply pictures if possible of the defect/damage and be as detailed as possible with what is/went wrong.


If repair is possible, we will accept the bow back for repairs after review.

  • Any returns must be received within 2 weeks after first contact, and must include all parts and pieces included in the original order. Items being shipped back must be packed in a way to prevent any further damage. We will then assess the damage in person to determine if the breakage was due to a manufacturing defect.  
  • If your bow is repairable, we will do any necessary repairs and then ship your fixed bow back to you free of charge. Shipping anything to us will be the responsibility of you, the customer.  
  • Shipping of a replacement bow to you will be paid by us.  


WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO REPAIR THE ITEM BEFORE TAKING FURTHER STEPS. WE WILL BE IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION DURING THE PROCESS SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT OUR NEXT STEP WILL BE.

CLEARANCE BOWS DO NOT COME WITH A WARRANTY, THEY ARE SOLD AS-IS.

Arrow sets, Stonework, and other items

Arrows, atlatls, stone items, and all other items produced and sold by Warpath Archery do not come with a warranty. Once you receive your item(s), their care and maintenance are your responsibility.

Shipping

We only ship USPS -- Priority Mail (2-3 days) and First Class (5-7 days). Express shipping (Overnight) is available upon request, and you will be charged extra for that service. Any shipping outside of the lower 48 will incur extra shipping charges.

Shipping for bows and arrow sets will be higher than any other items since they are considered oversized. 


All items shipped Priority will be shipped with insurance for the amount the item is worth. All items will have tracking numbers and delivery confirmation. Any purchases totaling $250 and over will be sent with signature confirmation. 


Shipping for bows valued at over $200 will have a higher shipping price than those under $200 to reflect higher insurance and signature charges.

Bows will come packaged in a tube large enough for the specific bow ordered. Each bow will be carefully wrapped with bubble wrap before being placed in the tube so as to minimize any possible damage that may occur during shipping. Dozen arrow sets will come shipped in specially made arrow boxes to protect them during shipment.

Please be assured that we charge the lowest price possible for shipping on our items. We do not up our shipping prices to gain profit. We price out our shipping according to materials and time needed to pack our products safely and securely, plus actual USPS shipping costs. Because of this we do not offer combined shipping for our larger items.

We pack professionally, but try to be as green as possible and occasionally will use older newspapers and such for packing material.

Once the package is out of our hands, we have no control over how fast USPS gets it to you. There may be delays on their part because of holidays or weekends. We assure you that if we have sent an e-mail saying it's been shipped, it has been picked up by USPS and is en route.

We are not responsible for lost mail, that includes while sending payments to us, or when we ship out your order. Once an order has been packaged and sent, it is out of our hands and is the property of the government for the time it is traveling.

Should your order get lost in the mail, or returned to us for any reason, we will not be held responsible. If the order returns to us, you will be contacted and notified. Buyer will have to pay to have their order reshipped.

Policies

Warpath Archery will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by the misuse of our products. We will also not be held responsible for any criminal acts done with our products. All of our products should be used in a safe and responsible manner. Anyone under 18 using our products should do so under responsible adult supervision. Please check and follow any and all local laws regarding the use of archery equipment for sport and/or hunting.

We want to make sure you have received your package safely and are satisfied with your purchase before leaving feedback. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us before leaving feedback , so we can resolve any issues.
